Poor Putter ripped out a toenail chasing a squirrel up the fence today. I discovered Putter bleeding in the den but couldn't figure out where the blood was coming from so I just put him outside. Amy went to check him out, found the source of the bleeding and found the toenail on the driveway. Then we had to hose down the blood in the driveway and clean the carpet in the den. After dinner Amy bandaged his foot. He was surprisingly cooperative.
