We finally made it to the zoo this morning. We hadn't been in 2 months because we were either sick or it was raining (mostly raining). Today was a beautiful day. It felt like Fall with only few mosquitos. We rode the train at the zoo. We rode in the back seat, which is the best place to be according to Laine. We didn't get to feed the giraffes, which was very disappointing but we did ride the carousel on a giraffe.
This is a good picture of Laine's new haircut. Keat and Laine both got their hair cut on Friday at Treadwell's. Laine had probably 2+ inches cut off.
Of course Davis took a nap while we were there. After we got home and ate lunch, I cleaned like crazy while everyone took naps. Laine's birthday party will be outside next weekend and we have a long to do list.
In other news, this is Bubbe's new trick. Standing and dancing stiff legged at this play table. It is so funny that he doesn't bend his knees. Can you see the smile behind the paci?
