As Davis approaches 11 months old (Monday), he is really trying to walk. We noticed that his socks were too small and it is still cold weather here. On Friday we decided to get him his first pair of shoes. We lucked out on a huge sale at Sikes and purchased these brown shoes for just $12. He's still trying to get used to them but I think he will be walking by his first birthday. Please disregard the loveseat in the dining room, it is waiting to be moved to the den.
We have been really busy lately and adjusting to our new normal routine. Davis is feeling better now. We went to the zoo today for the first time in awhile. Our neighbors Lily and Dawn came with us. We had a lot of fun even though we didn't get to ride the train or the carousel. We did, however, go to Chick Fil A for lunch (thanks to some free coupons that we got in the mail).
