Saturday was "We love Homewood Day" at the park. There was lots of local vendors, inflatable bouncers, rides and a bunch of friends. One of Laine's boyfriends, Garner, was the first person we saw. His mom is the art teacher at the high school and was organizing a sidewalk chalk contest. Davis even tried to use the chalk.
It was the humidest day so far. Check out the sweat rolling off Laine's face.
Davis is slowly overcoming his fear of swings. He sat in the swing but didn't want me to push him.
Later that night we went to the parade on Oxmoor. Lily and her babysitter were there too. Then Pawpaw babysat while we went to a neighbor's party.
