Happy Easter

We had a wonderful weekend full of trips to Canterbury, egg hunts and lots of time spent in the yard. On Friday, Laine's class had an Easter egg hunt. She really got into it. I think she was the only kid hunting and eating the contents of the eggs. She opened each egg and ate the contents before moving on to find another one. On Friday night, Keat and I went to dinner with friends at Sol Azteca to celebrate my birthday. On Saturday we walked to our neighbor's house to have an egg hunt there. Laine was very disapointed that most of the eggs were empty so she played with all the outdoor toys at the Binkley's house that we don't have. Saturday was such a beautiful day that we spent most of the afternoon outside after she woke up from her nap. Sunday we went to church and Sunday school and then had lunch with Keat's family at our house. We played outside again even though it was chilly.
