Davis had his 6 month check up today. He weighed 18 lbs, 1 oz and is 26 1/2 inches long. His rapid growth has slowed dramatically. Now he's only in the 60%tile for weight and 50%tile for length. He is going to start really eating baby food this week. Yeah! We are very excited.
Other news and milestones
1. Sits for long periods of time.
2. Rolls over.
3. Plays with objects and puts them in his mouth.
4. Loves his pacifier but doesn't sleep with it.
5. Smiles, giggles and squeals.
6. Sleeps 11 straight hours at night and usually takes 3 one hour naps during the day.
7. He's super cuddly and buries his head in your chest.
No teeth or words yet.
He starts at Canterbury next Tuesday. Laine is very excited about it but I'm not sure how he will do. He hasn't really been around other babies or people besides his family. Regardless he has no choice whether he goes or not. I need to finish my dissertation.
