I am taking Laine to her first Circus on Saturday. I didn't tell her until yesterday and she is so excited about it. Especially since we saw an elephant parade in the paper this morning of the circus animals arriving by train in Birmingham. There is even a baby elephant but I don't think he will be at this stop. We talk about elephants and go to the zoo often but this will be the first time to see one in person (currently there aren't any elephants at our zoo). Laine's only concern was "the gorilla won't be there, will he?" I said no, so let's hope that's true or I could be in trouble.
