Square 2

So my presentation yesterday didn't go horrible but it didn't go great either. I got an earful of comments and suggestions. Needless to say, I am not exactly back to square one but more like square 2. The consensus was that I could change my proposal to correct for the methodologic flaw, but a larger question was raised as to whether this was the study to do now. They thought I should do another study first as my dissertation research project. Glad this happened now and not 6 months from now. This means that I will not be doing anything fun for myself for a long time. Lots of hard work in store for me.
