We made it home!

We did get on the plane in Bozeman at 3:30 PM yesterday after some wrangling to figure out what to do with all of our stuff during the day. We went to Hyalite Canyon and to lunch at Ted's Montana Grill. Laine finally ate for the first time all week- a huge bowl of macaroni and cheese. She slept the whole way to Denver even when we circled the airport trying to land 3 times because of wind shears. After a 3 hour layover and dinner at Wolfgang Puck's, we were glad to get on our last flight home. Unfortunately our seats were the last ones on the plane, the kind where they don't recline. So Keat and I tried to sleep upright, slightly bent forward with Laine asleep across our laps. We arrived in Birmingham around 12:15 am, got our bags and headed home. Laine slept til 8:10 am and then Keat took her to school. I hope the rest of the week improves as we try to get her back in her normal routine.
