This weekend Laine told us that her ear hurt so I took her to the pediatrician this morning and yes, she does have an ear infection in the right ear. The tube is also almost completely out so she is starting a round of antiobiotics and is going to the pediatric ENT on Wednesday. Let's hope we can get new tubes before November.
UPDATE: Laine had a good visit with Dr. Shirley this morning and is going to have the tubes replaced next Thursday (the 16th). He wanted to take out her adnoids too but we decided against that. The scheduler said they had an opening on Monday to have the surgery but we can't do that. Keat and I find out on Monday if we are having a boy or girl and we are not rescheduling that appointment.
